The only way to solve a maze is to keep moving, keep going and try a different route. With our help, you’ll find the right direction and conquer the maze.
Our personal training sessions don’t just give you a workout. We teach you and provide you with the tools, knowledge and enthusiasm to eventually go it alone. A healthy lifestyle is for life, not just a few weeks.
Once you start to see results and taste success, you’ll feel amazing and inspired. Our goal is to empower you, but if you need some maintenance or support, we’re here for you. Personal training with us can be a short term or long term experience, its your choice, we are here for you.

Luke Edge – founder of The Lean Maze
I’m Luke Edge, a qualified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast. I’ve always been active and have enjoyed staying healthy, I turned 50 in 2017 and I’m the fittest and leanest I’ve ever been.
I know that no two bodies are the same. We all have a different genetic makeup, different metabolisms and lead different lifestyles. That’s why my programs are not ‘one size fits all’. I take the time to listen to you, hear what you want and the challenges you’re facing and work out a way we can combat those challenges together.
There will definitely be some resistance training in one form or another because we all need to build muscle. You won’t bulk up and you won’t grow enormous (unless that’s your goal!). You’ll become lean, fit and the healthiest version of yourself you’ve ever been.
I do my best to make you feel comfortable in my gym. We work within your limits and provide a program you’ll enjoy doing. There’s no judgment and no lycra (unless lycra is your thing!).
Term Approach
Short term option – provide a plan and initial guidance, so you can then go it alone.
Or
Long term option – I continue to guide you through your plan to help maintain your motivation and achieve your goals together.
